Estimating
Some call it an art, some a science. We call it environmentally friendly. Using the latest technology, Heartland is able to accurately price your project, paper free. We will also value engineer to identify ways to meet job requirements and manage costs while helping achieve design intent.
Engineering
After collaborating where ideas and solutions to job specific challenges are discussed, comprehensive shop drawings are then prepared and used throughout the project. These detailed drawings clarify the scope of work for our shop craftsman as well as other trades in the field. At Heartland, proactively approaching millwork from the front-end allows us to deliver what the end user wants, when they want it.
Fabrication
Heartland capabilities give us complete control from start to finish. We relish the opportunity to source unique components needed to create your design. Our production facility is well equipped to handle almost any type of millwork. Our CNC technology allows us increased production capacity with incredible precision allowing our group of craftsmen to create the highest quality millwork to exacting standards. We also have the capacity to custom finish material.
Installation/Project Management
From the start of your project through the punch list, our team will keep you updated as to the project’s progress. Each element of commercial millwork is pre-fit in our shop to ensure a seamless installation in the field. Our in house and subcontracted installation crews are accustomed to working in demanding environments. The close coordination of Heartland staff with our installers and other trades in the field creates the right balance of speed and accuracy. All of Heartland’s installation teams are fully insured with the ability to be bonded per project requirements.
